It is fair to say that Wellness is my life purpose. The curiosity with my body and what it needs started from the time I discovered the curve in my spine. This is what has led me to find all the teachers and healers who have helped me along the way. I am grateful for the care I had when I was 14 that led to the 10hr operation to put metal rods next to my spine, but that advice and care was not enough. I was told I would be in pain all my life, that I would have to constantly take painkillers, that I would have breathing problems and be on an oxygen machine. All of this lowered my life-energy, and I have felt much grief for a life of wellness lost. Then I met someone who gave me hope and introduced me to the other forms of care, complimentary to what I had received. My energy and motivation raised and I have spent years using and understanding these therapies.
This curiosity and work on myself have led me to the Doctor of my dreams! I met Dr Rosy Daniel 5 years ago, at a conference I was running for Weleda Wellbeing Advisors, she is now my dear friend, who is my choice for diagnosis and treatment advice. We are on a mission for the world to hear about all these complimentary ways of being well. Watch this space for an exciting new chapter in both our lives as we begin another collaboration in the very near future.
