Over the past 40 years I have been introduced to and had the guidance of many practitioners, therapists and treatments that have helped me achieve the level of wellness I have today. I am forever grateful for the wisdom and knowledge that has been shared with me, But it was never ‘one pill fits all’ the work I have done on myself and the treatments I have received cover 12 life enhancing principles that when action is taken in these areas we can feel what it really means to be alive and have vitality and health.
